This project was a featured development for the Dubai Land Department (DLD). My responsibilities included assembling comprehensive files for Oqood registration and other DLD requirements, developing detailed Plot Plans & Area Calculations (PL & AREA), creating Clean Drawings for all units, and preparing Parking Layouts.
